SHIPPING CHANGE / RETURN CONTRIBUTION

To have to pay for a label to return Coolcabana after mistakenly ordering the wrong size is absolutely ludicrous. This is in addition to a $50 charge for shipping both ways.

I was so excited to find exactly what I wanted and needed because of my skin cancer that I rushed to order it and shame on me for not reading all the terms. And if I did, I NEVER would have ordered it. In addition, any accessory you order is sold at a ridiculous price. I’ll never make this mistake again. If you are tempted to get one, buyer beware.

Terrible customer service!

Need to return. Don’t have order # can’t get any live help. I’ll probably miss the two week return policy.

All I can say is that the ordering website is cheap and has no shipping options, customer service sucks, and YOU pay for return shipping once you find out what a crappy product this is. You can’t find a return shipping address anywhere and you are forced to pay them $25 for the return address. What a rip off.
