Shipping & Returns

For North America we ship from Atlanta GA, Philadelphia PA and Los Angeles CA. We ship from the closest warehouse that has your item in stock. Standard free shipping provides for items to be shipped within 1-2 business days with delivery 2-8 business days later and applies only to Contiguous States. For Hawaii, PR and Alaska shipping cost is calculated during checkout. We are stocked at West Marine stores in Hawaii and PR should you wish to buy in person. 

We offer $64 expedited shipping which must be arranged over email before an order is placed. Orders for in-stock items received before 11am usually ship same or next business day. Orders for in-stock items received after 11am usually ship next business day. Items may be shipped direct from overseas warehouses, for items on backorder we specify the expected ship date which is shown in the product title.

Please note; it is very difficult for us to change the delivery address once an order is placed so please ensure your details are correct before placing any orders. We cannot make any changes to orders once they are processed by our warehouse partners. Requests to change shipping address or returns due to a wrong or incomplete address incur an extra fee to cover the cost of shipping the returned item and/or reshipping to the alternate address.  In most cases by providing your cell phone and email our courier will pre-warn you of your delivery. All ship times are calculated in business days, exclude weekends and public holidays. Ship times are calculated as "days in transit" which start the day after the order is collected by the courier. Once collected by the courier our obligations are met and subsequent delays caused by the courier, weather or Covid19 are out of our control and responsibility.

For countries outside the USA and Australia we ship within 2-3 business days and delivery is subject to the country you're shipping to, typically within Europe it's around 3 weeks. For shipments outside of the USA and Australia the buyer is responsible for any duties, fees and taxes which may be payable to authorities of the destination country, in these cases the buyer or receiver is normally contacted directly by the courier company.

With every order you will be issued your own unique CoolCabana order number, tracking details will be provided at time of shipping so you can track delivery.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY & RETURNS

Once orders ship you will receive a tracking number and shipping notice within 24 hours. In most cases we ship with UPS, once shipped the shipping method cannot be changed. It is very difficult for our team to make any changes to your order once placed so please check it is correct before making payment. RETURNS

If you have purchased directly through this website, we provide a refund on unused and unopened items that are returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt by you.

Buyer's are responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Do not ship items sold by any third party to us as the third party Re-Seller is responsible for their returns, warranties and refunds to their clients.

Australian customers need to arrange their own courier to return items. 

For US customers to return an item:

1. Purchase a $25 per item return label here.

2. Email your return label order confirmation and your original order details to us at hello@coolcabanas.com. We will then send you a return label.

3. Attach the return label to your original CoolCabana box and drop it to a UPS store. Once received and checked you will receive a direct refund less the original shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once returns are assessed and a refund authorised you will receive a refund notice and the funds are automatically and immediately deducted from our account, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or account depends upon the provider, this can take up to 2 weeks or more. If you have not received a refund within 2 weeks of the return arriving at our warehouse please email hello@coolcabanas.com so we can investigate
