For North America we ship from our Las Vegas warehouse. Standard free shipping provides for items to be shipped within 1-2 business days and typically deliver on the West Coast 3-4 business days later and 4-8 business days on the East Coast.
We offer expedited shipping options which may be selected during checkout. Orders for in-stock items received before 11am ship same or next business day. Orders for in-stock items received after 11am ship next business day. Items may be shipped direct from overseas warehouses, for items on backorder we specify the expected ship date and this is visible while shopping, sold out items will appear as "Sold Out".
Please note; any subsequent requests to change shipping address or returns due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address incur an extra fee to cover the cost of shipping the returned item and/or reshipping to the alternate address. Once shipped it is difficult to change the address and shipping method cannot be changed. In most cases by providing your mobile phone and email contact details the courier company will pre-warn you of your delivery. All ship times are calculated in business days, exclude weekends and public holidays. Ship times are calculated as "days in transit" which start the day after the order is processed and collected by the carrier. Once collected by the courier our obligations are met and any subsequent delays caused by the courier or weather are out of our control and responsibility.
For countries outside the USA, Australia, Canada and Mexico we ship within 2-3 business days and delivery is subject to the country you're shipping to, typically within in Europe it's around 3 weeks. For shipments outside of the USA and Australia the buyer is responsible for any duties, fees and taxes which may be payable to authorities of the destination country, in these cases the buyer or receiver is normally contacted directly by the courier company.
With every order you will be issued your own unique CoolCabana order number, tracking details will be provided at time of shipping so you can track delivery.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY & RETURNS
Once orders ship you will receive a tracking number and shipping notice. In most cases we ship with UPS, once shipped the shipping method cannot be changed. If you need to change your address we endeavour to do our best but cannot guarantee this can done. Have a question? just say hello firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns must be received within 14 days of shipping by us, be unopened, in original packaging and resalable. Buyer's are responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Do not ship items sold by any third party to us as the third party Re-Seller is responsible for their returns and refunds to their clients.
To return an item go to our web-store and purchase a Shipping Change / Return Label. Email a copy of this and your original CoolCabana order details to us at email@example.com and we'll then email a return label. Attach the return label to the original CoolCabana box and leave out to be collected by the courier. Once received back and we've checked the items can be resold we'll refund the original order amount less the original shipping costs.
Once returns are assessed and a refund authorised you will receive a refund notice and the funds are automatically and immediately deducted from our account, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or account depends upon the provider and can take up to 2 weeks or more.
