Don't believe the pictures: Impossible to set up and company refused to take return

The first step to set up the cabana is "tapping" the pole nearly a foot into the ground. The instruction video conveniently moves past this step, which was impossible. I was unable to get even one arm extended because the middle pole fell over EVERY TIME. There is no way one person can get this set up.

Because I had opened one of boxes for the two cabanas I had ordered (quite necessary to try to set it up), they refused to take a return of either cabana. They also refused to exchange the unopened cabana (large size) for a smaller size. I am now stuck with two cabanas that I am unable to use.

Others are correct: Customer service is horrendous.

dopnt buy hard to figure out how to return if returning

it is awful need to return and hard to figure it out someone needs to reach out to me

Must have for the beach

We live in Florida and don’t know how we survived the beach before having a cool cabana. We have the large and I can set it up by myself (although it’s easier with 2 people) . Great product. Just sent one as a gift!
