Beware, color very misrepresented, I had to pay $25 for them to give me the return address so I could return it
This review is about the color being much different from the website photo and the unconstructive attitude of "Customer Service" when I politely and in a very friendly way asked them to pay the return cost because the blue color of the item was not as represented, and explaining how different it was. As you can see, the actual gray-blue color in real life of the solid and patterned areas is not anything remotely close to the bright navy blue in the picture. The return address does not appear on the website, and the only way to get it was to pay them $25 for a return label. My emails to them did become pointed, in the sense of detailing my reasoning and specifically rebutting their responses as they came.
I just can't understand why it was worth their time to deny the truth and resist paying to return it. I have suggested that they have their product people take an accurate picture of the mat when it is not in the shade. And even smarter, indicate that the color of the binding is roughly…
