I purchased the large on October 4. Shipping was fine, bit upon unboxing the Cabana, the bag that holds the poles was falling apart due to poor workmanship (seams). I contact customer service about a replacement for my $189 purchase and I'm told it's not covered because it's not needed. What?? If its not needed, why is it included to begin with? Furthermore, why does the official instructional video show the lady putting the poles back into its own bag?? Does this affect the performance of the tent? No. But I feel like they are disengenous at best. All I asked for was to replace a $5 bag for a brand new tent that I paid $189 for, and their " customer service" person told me "no" twice. He said" we don't manufacture replacement bags for poles", but they clearly manufacture them because the poles come with them. I will be returning on principle. Again, disingenuous at best.
We like our CoolCabanas a lot but unfortunately one of the spines broke after using it for only 5 days. That was disappointing.
So much better than an umbrella and holdS up in gusty winds. Easy to setup.
Very easy to assemble and worked great for a family of five. Great protection
from the sun.
The CoolCabanas is so easy to set up and a perfect area to hang out. I love the pockets too! Great job!
