I have had my first Cool Cabana for 5 1/2 years and love it. It is so easy for one person to put up and take down. Other people who are struggling to put up some other form of tent/umbrella frequently ask me where I got it and I happily promote it. It provides more shade than an umbrella of a similar size, however, I can't resist buying the larger size which will reduce the need to move our chairs to stay in the sun. I have had a variety of beach products over the years and this is by far the best. The kids are lining up to get our old one which is still in great shape.

I ordered the large blue and white stripe. Was so happy. The second time we put it up at the beach the plastic top piece holding canopy to center pole popped off. We put it back on a few times and it kept popping off. There was a breeze but not strong. Contacted the company and they sent new pieces. The same thing happened. So after contacting them again they sent a new canopy (not the whole frame) by the time we received it summer was over and we haven’t used it again. So I don’t know if it is a better design or the same thing will happen. While we were at the beach we saw that it happened to another family. So we’ll see next summer how the replacement one holds up. It is beautiful, spacious, shady and was great for social distancing. The sides definitely keep people from getting too close.

Although I love the product inside the bag basically fell apart very quickly. Clearly there are a lot of problems with the bags because many people are complaining about them. I think that you should offer these bags for a greatly reduced price or even free at this point! You can contact me at nipent1@aol.com

The bag is a joke, it's impossible to get the tent back inside. But it's a good pole holder.

I have two Cool Cabanas and I just love them. They are easy to take up and down and make our beach days easy. But then, there is the bag. It has been falling apart from the start and is poorly designed (I can't believe I haven't lost a stake from the bag during transport). It is too small, has just a piece of velcro for closure, and the stitching does not support the weight. A replacement bag is $25 - WHAT A GOUGE! The replacement bags are out of stock - which probably reveals a problem with the bag that so many people need to buy them. So, a product I really enjoy and frustration at the end of a beach day.
